Any person carrying on business within the Town of Vermilion requires a valid Town of Vermilion Business License, unless specifically exempted by Provincial of Federal law.
To apply for a Town of Vermilion Business License you must submit the 2026 Business License Application form (below) and applicable fee to arap@vermilion.ca.
Please note, in some cases more information may be required depending upon the nature of the application. If this is the case, the License Coordinator will contact the applicant directly.
